These rates do not include (TAX) IVA. We are a common regime. To separate the houses a temporary lease is made. A deposit of one night's value is required in case of damage. The reservation must be made with 50% to guarantee availability and the other 50% + the value of the deposit must be paid 10 days before entering the property. Payment method: Bank transfer, consignment, credit card, check or cash.
